Advanced Vehicle Diagnostics

Description

This course begins with a review of basic electrical theories and basic scan tool operation, but focuses on modern diagnostic techniques with extensive hands-on practice using electronic diagnostic tools. The course will focus on wiring diagram interpretation, circuit analysis, as well as pinpoint testing with electrical diagnostic tools such as a DVOM. In addition it will take the student deep into modern diagnostic test techniques with a scan tool, as well as data analysis and repair solution formulation.
