Students will learn a challenging series of mat exercises that have proven to be effective for creating long, strong, well-toned and flexible muscles. Students will study skeletal structures and major muscle groups, so that they may supporttheir exercise routines with efficient alignment and coordinated breathing. The course will include lectures on other fitness related topics.
